Rise and shine! We are so excited to officially launch The 530 & Co! From what started as a passion project, has now become an avenue where we can serve those who serve others in the small business or wedding/event community, as well as provide event management for events outside of the wedding realm!
If we had to pinpoint how this dream started, we would say that it has been at the times when we have been approached to plan holiday parties or other types of events. We quickly realized that we would really enjoy working with other types of events and a different set of logistics!
Also, as planners, there are times when brides or clients voice their frustration about how difficult it is finding a vendor's contact information or communicating with them. Since we have worked closely with event partners and vendors, we know their work is great but their website was not serving their business well. With some simple SEO help (search engine optimization) this vendor will easily be in front of their ideal market and will be much easier to find for future needs.
As small business owners of our sister company The 530 Bride, we know that marketing dollars and overhead in general can be limited when you are starting out and that can be overwhelming to try to figure out the next step. The number one question we've gotten since this business has blossomed is, "Are you still planning weddings with The 530 Bride?" Of COURSE we are!
As a team, we have decided to expand and to explore the world of events. Not only that, but we also want to share our combined knowledge of graphic design, SEO, content creation and branding! Branching out to The 530 & Co gives us a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with talented local artists, photographers videographers, and more!
A little more about us:
Delphine graduated from Chico State with her bachelors degree in Event Management with an emphasis in marketing. She had the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, and has implemented her skills to her everyday life and in her business. She has worked with companies, such as, For Elyse, Marketfleet, and other businesses around California, to build their online presence and organize their social media calendars with engaging content.
Veronica enjoys design work and is able to create a functional design that represents your vision for your event or business branding. Veronica loves educating clients on how to manage their website, graphic files and branding collateral.
